ROC Horizon College contacted TestGroup when the organisation was in the midst of a business transition. Nowadays, regular use is made of TestGroup's Personality Test (The Bridge Personality), Career Tests (The Bridge Career and The Bridge Career MBO), which produces beautiful and, above all, practical results.

With The Bridge Personality you have a validated test that can provide many insights into the roles within teams. Which activities fit the individual team members, which roles are suitable within the team and how can the tasks be tailored to that? We also started a leadership programme and focus on talent development, of which The Bridge Personality can be a nice part". There is also a Team Report available for The Bridge Personality, so that it can be used optimally for teams.

Great insights

The Bridge Personality has several tailored reports as a result that the candidate can work with. Kuijper: "We are regularly informed that the tests are very extensive and offer great insights. We really like the information that comes out of them. Colleagues indicate that they like the fact that the tests provide nice background information that you can discuss with each other.
